Now you might wonder why people make a big deal about carbs if they are good for you. There is some truth in the fact that carbohydrates can make you fat. White low carb bread is especially damaging to efforts to lose weight or eat healthier. There are all kinds of food grain available to the diet. For example, there are corn, wheat, millet, cataract, brown rice, quinoa, barley, and the cousin’s cousin. Most of these are excellent for low carb diets.
